2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing are accurate. However, manufacturers may change specifications without notice and errors may occasionally occur.

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale or amend product information at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Nature View Optics is formed only when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing errors, stock discrepancies or technical issues occur.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

We accept payment through the payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather conditions, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day no-quibble returns policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by a minimum 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Many products also benefit from extended or lifetime manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage (unless specifically covered by the manufacturer), unauthorised modifications or improper use.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product supplied.

Many wildlife photographs displayed on this website have been taken by Nature View Optics staff and remain the intellectual property of Nature View Optics.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Nature View Optics and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nature View Optics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or products purchased from it.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
